Neighborhood Planning Questionnaire Stakeholders

In 2011 and 2017, NECIC’s North End Community Economic Development Plan was unanimously adopted by Mansfield City Council. This unique document was created with input from hundreds of North End residents and stakeholders who helped shape the specific target areas, and recommendations described in the plan. Five years later, it is our hope that you will take a moment to complete the following questionnaire. Your answers to these questions will help us evaluate our work so far and guide all future redevelopment and planning on the North End. Your responses are voluntary and will be confidential. Responses will not be identified by individual. All responses will be compiled together and analyzed as a group.

NECIC is in the process of a $16 million-dollar fundraising campaign to renovate and substantially expand the existing footprint of the Community Outreach Center at 486 Springmill Street to a 36,000 square foot state of the art Community Impact Center that will house NECIC’s programs and bring vital services back into the community.
