Director of Sales
Position Summary
The Director of Sales is responsible for driving employer partnerships and earned revenue growth for NECIC’s staffing operations. This role owns the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and employer engagement to closing job orders and supporting (not managing) successful placements.
This is a results-driven leadership role reporting directly to the CEO.

- Proven experience in sales, staffing, workforce development, or B2B services
- Demonstrated ability to close business and manage employer relationships
- Comfortable with performance targets, accountability, and direct reporting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
