Shefali Shah,
Secretary

Shefali Shah is the Program Coordinator for Application Review at The Ohio State University. As a Maryland native, she spent three years teaching Pre-K through 12 music in public schools in the Baltimore area. After moving to Mansfield in 2022, she worked at The Ohio State University at Mansfield as an admissions counselor for two years. During her time at the Mansfield campus, she worked closely with students at Mansfield Senior High School to support them in the process of becoming Buckeyes.

The North End was Shefali’s first home when she moved to Ohio. Living on Main Street gave her the opportunity to appreciate all that Downtown Mansfield has to offer, and to see the potential for growth. When she learned about NECIC, she knew she wanted to play a part in advancing the mission. Even though Shefali and her fiancé now live in a house just one street outside of the neighborhood, she will always consider the North End home.
